For non-defective returns (unused and unopened), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund upon verification.

Certain limitations apply: customized or personalized mice are non-returnable unless defective. Gift items may be returned for a refund to the original purchaser, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper packaging and tracking.
